Motorolie controleren
- De auto moet op een vlakke ondergrond staan.
- Controleer het oliepeil voor u de motor start of zet de motor uit na het opwarmen en wacht 10 minuten om de olie naar het oliecarter te laten lopen.
- Verwijder de oliepeilstaaf en veeg deze af met een schone, niet pluizende doek.
- Steek de peilstok er weer in en zorg dat er helemaal in zit.
- Trek de oliestok er weer uit om het oliepeil te controleren.
N.B.:
Als het oliepeil tussen de MIN- en MAX-merktekens staat, is het oliepeil in orde.Vul geen olie bij.
- Als het oliepeil op de minimummarkering staat, vul dan onmiddellijk olie bij.
- Steek de peilstok er weer in. Zorg dat deze er helemaal in zit.
N.B.:
Het olieverbruik van nieuwe motoren bereikt zijn normale waarde nadat ongeveer 5.000 km is afgelegd.
Motorolie bijvullen
WAARSCHUWING:
Vul geen motorolie bij wanneer de motor heet is. Als u deze instructie negeert, kan dat verwondingen tot gevolg hebben.
WAARSCHUWING:
Verwijder de vuldop niet bij draaiende motor. |
Gebruik geen extra additieven voor motorolie. Deze zijn onnodig en zouden kunnen motorschade kunnen veroorzaken die mogelijk niet wordt gedekt door de voertuiggarantie.
- Reinig het gebied rond de motorolievuldop vooraleer u deze verwijdert.
- Verwijder de motorolie-vuldop.
- Vul motorolie bij die voldoet aan onze specificaties. Zie Inhouden en specificaties .
- Plaats de olievuldop weer terug. Draai rechtsom tot u sterke weerstand voelt.
N.B.:
Vul geen olie bij tot boven de MAX-markering.Wordt olie tot boven de MAX-markering bijgevuld, dan kan dat motorschade tot gevolg hebben.
N.B.:
Absorbeer alle gemorste olie onmiddellijk met een absorberende doek.
Waarschuwingslampje motoroliedruk

WAARSCHUWING:
Rijd niet verder als de lamp gaat branden tijdens het rijden, zelfs als het oliepeil correct is. Laat uw auto controleren. |
Het lampje gaat branden wanneer u het contact aanzet. Als dit lampje brandt terwijl de motor draait, wijst dit op een storing. Breng de auto tot stilstand zodra dit veilig kan en zet de motor uit. Controleer het motoroliepeil. Als het oliepeil voldoende is, wijst dit op een systeemstoring. Laat uw auto zo snel mogelijk controleren. |
