Towing Points
Front Towing Point
- Gently press and release the towing eye attachment point cover at the position indicated.
- Gently pull it straight out.
Note:
The towing eye attachment point cover has a small lanyard to keep it attached to the bumper.
Rear Towing Point
- Gently press and release the towing eye attachment point cover at the position indicated.
- Gently pull it straight out.
Note:
The towing eye attachment point cover has a small lanyard to keep it attached to the bumper.
Attaching the Towing Eye
WARNING:
Make sure that the towing eye is fully tightened. Failure to follow this instruction could result in personal injury.
WARNING:
You must switch the ignition on when your vehicle is being towed. |
- Carefully remove the front or rear towing eye attachment point cover.
- Install the towing eye.
Note:
It has a left-hand thread.Turn it counterclockwise to install it.
