Removing the Rear Quarter Windows
The following procedure shows the driver side rear window, passenger side similar.
Release the rear edge of the panel by pulling the panel out of the slot.
Unbuckle the three clips at the top.
Release the front edge of the panel by pulling the panel out of the slot to remove.
Slide the bottom panel forward out of the slot to remove.
Installing the Rear Quarter Windows
The following procedure shows the driver side rear window, passenger side similar.
Slide the rear quarter window into the window slot, make sure to slide the window all the way in so that the window securely fits into both slots.
Note:
When installing the rear edge of the rear quarter window into the slot, unlatch the soft top for easier installation. See
Opening and Closing the Soft Top.
Press to secure the front edge of the window.
Press to secure the rear edge of the window. Start at the bottom and work towards the top.
Tuck the window under the tension cable.
Buckle the three clips at the top.
Press along the top of the window to secure the hook and loop fastener strips.
Note:
The buckles snap together and the windows are flush when correctly installed. If the parts have visible gaps or stick out, they are not correctly secured.
