Child Restraint Positioning
WARNING:
EXTREME HAZARD! Do not use a rearward facing child restraint on a seat protected by an airbag in front of it!
WARNING:
If you use a child restraint and a seatbelt, make sure that the seatbelt is not slack or twisted.
WARNING:
When using a child restraint on a rear seat, the child restraint must rest tightly against the vehicle seat. It must not touch the head restraint. If necessary remove the head restraint. |

Note:
When using a child restraint on a front seat, always adjust the front passenger's seat to its fully rearward position. If it proves difficult to tighten the lap section of the safety belt without slack remaining, adjust the seat backrest to the fully upright position and raise the height of the seat. See
