How Does Trailer Hitching Assistance Work
Trailer hitching assistance uses the following to detect your trailer:
- Rear view camera.
- Radar.
- Parking aid sensors.
- External rear lighting.
- Steering.
- Shifting.
- Braking and acceleration.
Note:
Blocked sensors could affect system performance. Do not cover the sensors with bumper stickers, tape, repair compound or other objects.
