How to unlock my vehicle if the 12 volt battery is dead?You must apply 12 volt power to the 12 volt system. See Jump Starting the Vehicle. Extended Door Actuator

How to close my door if the actuator is extended?Apply pressure by pushing the outside of the door until the door closes.
